Can loan officers really earn equity?
Yes. reAlpha Mortgage offers RSU / equity participation as part of the comp plan to eligible Loan Officers, a wealth-building tool not offered to LOs elsewhere.
Do I get company-generated leads?
Yes. Our in-house realty operations generate company leads and cross-sell referrals, as does our corporate marketing team, and an AI engagement bot nurtures them to high buying intent before handing them to you.
What tools and support will I get?
